HCG DIET GUIDE
DAY l and 2:
• You will administer an HCG injection each day. (It is best to administer your
HCG injection first thing in the morning)
• Day 1and 2 are called “LOADING DAYS”. You should eat as much as you want and you may eat whatever you like.
• You should also begin your food journal (These can be found on our website or you may ask for a food journal while you are at your appointment) You should write down everything you eat and drink throughout the day.
DAY 3 to 30:
• On DAY 3, you will cut your calorie intake to 500-800 per day. (as discussed with your Diet Coach) continued below.. click link

Meats (Not Everyday)
- Protein 3.5- 4.0 ounces 2x day. Grill or bake your proteins without any cooking oils, butter, or, margarine. Red Meat-The Leanest Cut Turkey
- Filet Mignon

- 80/20 and above for ground beef
- Roast Beef (Deli Meat Only) Low Sodium
- Chicken
- White Meat Only
- Chicken Slices (DeliMeat Only) Low Sodium
